Shrimps with orange cuscus

  •   12 shrimps
  •  100 gr precooked cuscus
  •  100 ml orange juice
  •   Grated orange rind
  •  Three pods of cardamom.
  •  172 cc ground ginger.
  • Wasabi paste.
  •  Sesame oil
  • Salt



  •   Wash the orange, dry and grate the peel.
  •     Make an orange juice and put 100 ml in a small saucepan together with the cardamom. When it starts boiling, turn         off the cooker and let leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
  •   Put the cuscus on a platter and pour the orange juice. Add the ginger, the grated peel of the orange and some salt.             Mix and sprinkle with sesame oil.
  •    Peel and grill the shrimps with a bit of sesame oil and salt. Put them on the cuscus and, on one side, put some wasabi        paste.
